Frank Zeccola, Associate Attorney
Frank is a litigator and advocate who works on complex class and individual matters in state and federal trial and appeals courts. He focuses his practice on plaintiff and defense-side employment law, personal injury, and business litigation, and works on a wide range of other areas of the law. He manages all aspects of litigation, from intake and pre-litigation to pre-trial motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation (and other ADR), trial, post-trial, and appeals. He has tried cases to verdict in state court and arbitration hearings and worked on several appeals that reversed the trial court in the California Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
He was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2018, 2019, 2023, and 2024.
Frank’s primary focus includes resolving disputes for employees and employers in separation, termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation disputes, and best practices. He also advises corporate clients as employment-related legal issues arise, including drafting policies, trainings, and handbooks related to wage-and-hour and FEHA issues, drafting NDAs, stock warrants, employment agreements, arbitration agreements, and related documents.
Frank’s practice also includes a pro bono focus on post-conviction relief for prisoners serving life without parole and long-term prison sentences, including habeas and similar motions and appeals.
Frank earned his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2015, where he was inducted into the Jesse Carter Society (top 15 percent of class) and won the “Scribes American Society of Legal Writers Award.”
